We are confident that you will love our air suspension, and that you will be able to achieve low drive heights unlike ever before possible with traditional air suspension. We don’t expect you’ll ever need enact this Warranty, and we want you to understand that in the very unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your Super Low Air Suspension kit in any way, we will work tirelessly to make you, our customer, happy.
When you purchase a Super Low Air Suspension kit, make sure you register your purchase with us, which is the only requirement for you to become eligible for our Limited Lifetime Warranty…. we need to know who you are, after all!
With your Super Low kit purchase registered with us, you are protected by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. In the unlikely event that some component of our suspension fails you, we will make it right at no cost to you. It is really that simple. We can offer this impressive warranty because we have so much confidence in our suspension!
We are human beings, like you, so we appreciate a good old-fashioned straightforward explanation of a warranty, like what you just read, as opposed to a bunch of legal mumbo-jumbo that feels disingenuous and robotic. That said, our lawyers absolutely insisted that we include the following legal mumbo-jumbo that describes in great detail, our Limited Lifetime Warranty. Bag Riders LLC (“The Company”) warrants the products it manufactures against defects of material and workmanship under normal use and service for the useful life* of the product from the date of shipment provided that (1) the product is in use by the original registered owner and (2) has been used only for the original purpose. This warranty is void in cases of damage in transit, negligence, user modification, abuse, abnormal usage, improper use of cleaning chemicals, misuse, accidents and improper maintenance. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to improper installations of Products, such as but not limited to failure to adequately inspect air spring clearances and fastener torque values. This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any Products on which the original identification information has been altered, obliterated or removed, has not been handled correctly, has been sold as second-hand or has been resold contrary to applicable law. This limited lifetime warranty covers only repair, replacement or refund for defective Products or for Products that experience failure during use.
The Company is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with removing or installing The Company’s Products. As Buyer’s sole remedy under the warranty, The Company, at its option, will repair or replace defective parts at no charge to the original retail purchaser on record. The Company will pay freight charges provided that the replacement or return has previously been authorized by The Company under the terms of this warranty. With proper use and maintenance, the limitations of our warranty are as follows: Subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth herein, The Company warrants to the original retail purchaser against any defects in workmanship and/or materials. This limited lifetime warranty is valid for the life of each Air Suspension assembly, so long as the original retail purchaser owns such assembly and is the agent
THERE IS NO OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTY. SELLER HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE INDICATED BY BUYER TO SELLER. There are no representations as to the capacity or performance of the products sold hereunder except as set forth in the quotation specifications, if any, and such representations are expressly conditioned upon the correctness of the data furnished by Buyer and upon the products being properly installed and maintained. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS REMEDY OF REPAIR, REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT, AT THE SELLER’S OPTION, IS BUYERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
